Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is the owner of assets worth more than Rs 20 crore and his annual income is more than Rs 1 crore. In the last 10 years, his wealth has increased by more than Rs 11 crore. Apart from investing in 24 companies, he has also invested money in Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme, PPF and Post Office Schemes.
This information has come to light from his latest election affidavit. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has filed his nomination for the Lok Sabha elections from Wayanad seat in Kerala and has also given details of his assets and earnings in his election affidavit.

Wealth Increased in 10 Years
Rahul Gandhi’s income has been more than Rs 1 crore every year for the last several years. His income in the financial year 2019 (FY19) was Rs 1,20,37,700 crore. After this, his income was Rs 1,21,54,470 crore in FY20, Rs 1,29,31,110 crore in FY21, Rs 1,31,04,970 crore in FY22, while his income in FY23 was Rs 1,02,78,680.
10 years ago in 2014, Rahul Gandhi was the owner of total assets worth Rs 9.40 crore, in 2019 his wealth increased to Rs 15.88 crore, whereas now in 2024 he is the owner of assets worth Rs 20.39 crore.

Rahul Gandhi also has investments in the stock market. Rahul Gandhi holds 1900 equity shares of Young Indian worth Rs 100 each (total value Rs 1,90,000). In his election affidavit, Rahul Gandhi has said that at present he has Rs 55 thousand in cash, while Rs 26.25 lakh is deposited in his bank accounts. He has deposited Rs 61.52 lakh in the insurance policy. He also has gold and other jewelery worth Rs 4.20 lakh. Overall he is the owner of movable assets worth Rs 9.24 crore. If immovable property is also added to this, the figure reaches Rs 20.39 crore.
