JoSAA Counselling 2024 Important Dates
On Wednesday, the National Testing Agency unveiled the results for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) Session 2 of 2024, marking a crucial milestone for aspirants. Successful candidates are now eligible to partake in the counseling process, overseen by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
Commencing on June 10, this registration period paves the way for applicants to secure seats in prestigious institutions. Additionally, those who have qualified the examination are encouraged to register for the upcoming JEE Advanced, scheduled to commence on April 27.
With the JEE Advanced exam slated for May 26 and results expected by June 9, candidates are poised to embark on the next phase of their academic journey.
Candidates who achieve success in the JEE Advanced examination are granted entry into an extensive counseling process meticulously managed by JoSAA. Candidates undergoing this process must furnish important documents such as Class 10th and 12th marksheets, category, and PwD certificates if applicable, along with bank details, medical documentation, and OCI/PIO or passport/citizenship certificates as needed.

JoSAA Counselling 2024 Fees
The fees for registration and choice filling are free.
However, there is a seat acceptance fee (SAF) of ₹20,000 for SC/ST/PwD categories and ₹45,000 for General/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS categories.
